Understanding the significance of a strong brand identity, we embarked on an in-depth research journey to fully comprehend Aerodei's mission, values, and target audience. We conducted an extensive analysis of the DEI landscape, evaluating current challenges and identifying opportunities for differentiation. Armed with these insights, we crafted a brand strategy that aligned with Aerodei's goals and positioned them as trailblazers in the DEI-tech space.
For the brand identity, we sought a visual direction that would encapsulate the values of inclusion, positivity, and belonging. Drawing inspiration from the sun, which symbolizes warmth and radiance, we chose the color yellow as the primary hue. Yellow is known to stimulate creativity and confidence, qualities that resonate strongly with Aerodei's objective of promoting diversity and inclusion. By infusing yellow into the brand identity, we established a unique and ownable identity that would stand out in various industries.
Simultaneously, we focused on designing and developing the Aerodei application. Our goal was to create an intuitive, user-friendly interface that would engage employees and facilitate cross-functional collaboration by focusing on KPIs, responsibilities, and goals. Along with the application, the marketing website was designed and launched to help guide early adopters and companies looking for a strong DEI solution.

Since the launch of the brand identity and application, Aerodei has received overwhelmingly positive feedback from clients and users alike. Aerodei ads have been played in Times Square and over six companies make up the early adopter program.
